Cake with cream nutella

Here is the simple recipe for the cake with cream nutella.

The ingredients:
Flour 00 210g
Eggs (about 4) 230g
Sugar 165g
Baking powder for sweets 10g

For the cream:
Liquid fresh cream 360g
Nutella 40g
Icing sugar 35g
Vanilla essence
Chopped hazelnuts q.s.
Nutella q.s.

The preparation:
To make the cake with cream Nutella mix in a bowl the eggs, the honey, the sugar, a pinch of salt and mounted the mixture until to obtain a foamy cream.
Add the flour, baking powder and unsweetened cocoa powder and stir to combine ingredients. Melt the butter, add the nutella stir until to have a smooth cream.
Mix the cream with Nutella in the dough.
Pour the prepared into a baking pan and bake for 35 minutes in a convection oven at 160 degrees.

In a bowl mounted liquid fresh cream straight from the fridge, add a few drops of vanilla essence, the icing sugar and finally incorporated the nutella.

As an alternative to flour 00, for those who had food intolerance issues, you can also use spelled flour or kamut flour!
